Everything was perfect. Jacquie was very helpful. She gave precise instructions so it was very easy to take the key out of the box. In the apartment, we were greeted with a welcome food package in the fridge. That was very kind of the host. We got a little lost in the city, but Jacquie very kindly gave us directions on the phone and we found the apartment easily.
