The service was excellent, we let the hotel know our earlier time of arrival in advance and the room was ready for an early check in. Good quality complimentary drinks and snacks were left in the room for us (of which there were many!), bath robes and slippers were included as well as any dishwasher, washing up liquid and washing machine tablets (so helpful!). Complimentary tea and coffee selection. Everything was finished in the room to a high standard, plus it smelt gorgeous like a hotel spa!! But the best part was the bed, the bed and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE! and at 5 months pregnant this is a must! The pool area was quiet and we always got a bed, the beds there were so comfy as well! Great service, great stay, wouldn't hesitate to come back!
