The well-furnished apartment “Baur Nr. 2” is situated in a nice residential area of Salem, near Lake Constance, and is close to Salem castle and a little lake. The apartment consists of a living area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and cable television. The private outdoor area boasts a balcony with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. The apartment is located in a central area of Salem. A supermarket can be found a 10-minute walk (850 m) away, and restaurants are within a 6-minute walk (500 m) from the apartment. The town’s train station can be reached after a 13-minute walk (1.1 km). The closest beach on Lake Constance, Strandbad Uhldingen, is a 12-minute drive (8 km) from Salem, but you can also take refreshing swims after a mere 10-minute walk (800 m) to the little lake “Schlosssee” near the castle. Also in the proximity of Salem, you will find the zoo “Affenberg Salem”, 7 km or a 9-minute drive away. Friedrichshafen, a pretty town on Lake Constance, is a 32-minute drive (21 km) away, and Lindau, famous for its old town centre on an island, is located a one-hour drive (50 km) from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
