We want you to make yourself at home. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail. Through the large windows in the living room and bedroom, the basement apartment is bright and friendly. All windows have shutters, so the apartment can be completely darkened. The living room couch can be converted into a second double bed if required. The kitchen is well equipped and is ideal for cooking: - Coffee pad machine - Oven - Stove - Dishwasher - Microwave - Water heater - Toaster In the bedroom you can relax in a spacious king size bed (180 cm / 70 inch). The bathroom is equipped with quality fittings and offers plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. In addition to a bathtub the bathroom contains an extra large sink and a heated towel rail. In case of good weather you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view into the neat garden. The apartment offers a high-speed internet access via WiFi, satellite TV, BluRay player and a radio with CD and USB interface.

We are uncomplicated, hospitable and open. So we wish this also from our guests. We love to go on city breaks ourselves and have therefore decided to offer our souterrain flat as a holiday apartment. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the area, shopping, destinations and the accommodation, and we also welcome any criticism or suggestions for improvement. Children are welcome, not least because we have 2 small children ourselves.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the center of Kaarst. The town center of Kaarst with many shops, restaurants and cafés can be reached in approximately 8 minutes on foot with a short walk through the city park. Numerous other supermarkets are located 5-10 minutes by car. The recreation area "Kaarster See" (lake) with a large outdoor pool can be reached by train or car within a few minutes. The "Jever Skihalle" (indoor ski slope) can be reached in 11 minutes by car. There you will be able to perform winter sports all year long or overcome your fear of heights in Germany's largest freestanding high ropes course or climb the 32 meter high climbing wall. The sauna "WellNeuss" is located only 10 minutes by car. The train station offering a direct connection to Neuss and Dusseldorf is located only 5 minutes walking distance. The bus stop offering a quick bus over Kaarst city center to the airport of Dusseldorf can be reached in just 4 minutes by foot. The motorways A52 (in direction Roermond (NL) and Dusseldorf) and A57 (in direction Nijmegen (NL) and Cologne) can be reached by car in 5 minutes each.
