Only 300 metres from the Baltic Sea and Lake Kölpinsee, Haus Usedom is a condo complex offering non-smoking apartments with a balcony or terrace. All units at Aparthotel HAUS USEDOM have a fully-equipped kitchenette, a living room with satellite TV, and a separate bedroom. Guests can use the sauna, gym, solarium and billiards table for an extra charge. A rich breakfast buffet is offered in the mornings. A variety of restaurants and cafés are available within a 5-minute walk of the apartments. Lake Kölpinsee can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, and the Bernstein Thermal Baths are a 10-minute drive away. Trassenheide butterfly farm is a 15-minute drive away. Karls Erlebnis-Dorf is a 5-minute drive away. Kölpinsee Train Station is 5 minute walk from the accommodation. Private parking is available on site (for a fee).
