My adopted country I feel as a profit with the particularly quiet house situation in Lake Constance near these I appreciate very much. In particular, I enjoy swimming in the lake in summer, lovely! There are still beautiful secret places nearby. Nevertheless, I like to travel and love to travel on foot or by bike in Germany or nearby countries.

Property information

The house is on the edge of a residential area, near Lake Constance and yet away from the tourist hype in the summer. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the lawn or terrace in the garden, which borders on a large field, to the fullest. The special: The unique beautiful embedded in the countryside location with terrace and lawn. The following was refurbished and renovated in 2018: bathroom with DU glazing, new towel radiator, washbasin. Bedroom 2 carpeted solid wood beds, which can be moored together as a double bed and here for a continuous lying area have a bridge. As well as single beds can be put. In addition a solid wood Enkauschrank (all birch). Likewise, the walls were given new paint and new curtains were added, u.u.u. Outstanding is the peace and Lake Constance, the beautiful residential area off, great infrastructure. Everything important is within walking distance or by bicycle, public transport such as train, bus ship. Very nice walks to the lake through the nature reserve on the river Aach entllang.

Neighbourhood information

Here you can after 20 minutes walk along the river Aach along the beautiful nature reserve, the free natural beach on the lake. It is ideal if you have a bike or borrow it to take in many beautiful places on the lake to cool off. The stilt village with its stone age museum is worth seeing and should not be missed. Likewise there is a huge great car and tractor museum nearby and so much other interesting more. I am happy to give you tips for your activities.
