Beautifully appointed property and facilities, in lovely little village. Great location for day trips around the Mosel Valley. Gaby was easy to communicate with and ensured we knew where everything was on arrival. It was a lovely touch to have a bottle of local wine in the fridge on arrival.

There is not much to say about our team - except: FAMILY. That's right, we are not hoteliers and we are not a company. We are a family that has fulfilled a dream. For us, the Mosel Chalets are an absolute heart project and it makes us very happy to see how much appreciation our guests show us for what we have accomplished since we started building the Mosel Chalets in September 2018. Since May 2019, we have already been able to welcome many guests to our vacation homes on the Moselle and we are very proud that the term vacation home Mosel Chalets has already become a household name in some high-quality travel portals. We also look forward to welcoming you to visit us and our beautiful Mosel Chalets. No matter what time of the year - a winery vacation at Mosel Chalets is always a good idea! Modern architecture, naturalness, sustainability and well-being are the elements we have placed the greatest emphasis on. We have built these houses for people who are looking for exactly that. Whether on vacation or on a creative break. Of course, you can also combine work and vacation with us. Our small family business is looking forward to your visit! CLIMATE NEUTRAL - CERTIFIED AND SUSTAINABLE We have built the Mosel Chalets according to the highest standards. We have therefore also chosen the highest quality and most sustainable construction method: The wooden construction method. When you enter a wooden house, you simply feel it. A healthy, warm and special indoor climate. Sustainability and (environmentally) responsible thinking and acting are important to us. That's why our vacation homes comply with the latest thermal insulation regulations. They are built from regional wood and will soon be powered by photovoltaics and certified green electricity. But already since October 2021 the operation of our vacation homes is completely climate neutral. Certified by ClimatePartner. But sustainability means even more to us. A healthy balance of ecology and economy, fairness towards all partners, regionally responsible action and commitment to worldwide climate protection projects. Neighbourhood information

There are six words why you should spend your winery vacation in Pommern: WINE, SUN, WATER, HIKING, BIKE TOURS, CULTURE! Only 9 km from the turbulent tourist magnet Cochem, enjoy staying in our vacation homes on the outskirts of the village, right next to the vineyards. If you want it turbulent, just hop on the train that runs below the vacation homes in the Mosel valley. (Don't worry - our windows and the complete houses are provided on the highest possible noise insulation level). The way to the train station is only 200m. In no time you are in Cochem and can reach any other Moselle village - without a car. Of course you can also take your bicycles with you on the train. HISTORY Pommern is one of the oldest wine villages on the Moselle. Historical excavations prove a settlement by the Celts already more than 2000 years ago. The Romans cultivated viticulture and grew tropical fruits. The wine village Pomerania got its name from them: POMARIA - the fruit garden. Even today, viticulture characterizes the village. When visiting Pomerania, you should take the opportunity to stop at the winegrowers and taste their wines and sparkling wines. Vacations in wine village - experience wine and culture. POPULAR TRIPS AND EXCURSIONS Pomerania is the perfect starting point for many activities. Whether you want to hike the Moselsteig, visit the castle in Cochem, the castle Eltz, the suspension bridge Geierlay, the temple Martberg or make a bike tour. The legendary Nürburgring or the historic city of Trier are also not far away.
