The accommodation is very centrally located and within walking distance to the city. Unique to this apartment is the large garden of about 60sqm for exclusive use at the rear of the building. The apartment was completely core garnished and modernly furnished in June 2023. The bathroom was luxuriously equipped and can be adjusted by individual lighting as desired. The kitchen also offers all important and necessary means with cooking island. Here you can cook anything you want at any time. There are also a few basics for cooking ready. In total there are 5 sleeping possibilities, which are all very pleasant and comfortable. In addition, I offer two mobile workstations for home office with screen and keyboard.
