In Randersacker, this basement studio is located in the former rose nursery, which has been family-owned by the current owners since 1902. The cosy studio consists of a living/bedroom with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities include satellite TV, a hair dryer, an iron, a barbecue, board games and a desk. A children's mattress can be provided if requested in advance. The studio is suitable for business travelers to Würzburg. Moreover, the more than 3,600 m² property with its own meadow invites you to linger on sunny days. The bus stop and the well-known Main cycle path are right beyond the doorstep. On the way to Randersacker (900 m), where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, you can stroll along the Main and sunbathe on the Main meadow. Parking spaces are available on the property. Children are very welcome. It is possible that a children's mattress will be provided, which offers a sleeping possibility for a small child.
