Dear Guests, my name is David Dilpert. I was born and raised here. Markdorf is my home, which I love and which I would like to bring closer to you. It would be a great pleasure to me to make your stay in my home as impressive as possible - so that you learn to love Markdorf, Lake Constance and its surroundings as much as I do. Even in my youth, I was interested above all in international architecture and the diversity of global cultures. During long stays abroad and numerous visits I became aware of how important it is to be welcomed warmly and cordially and not only to feel comfortable in your "own 4 walls for a while", but also to experience the special qualities of culture. All apartments are renovated by myself with great love, individually furnished and decorated to guarantee your wellbeing. The close contact to my guests is my highest priority and I'm always open for a conversation – either about the holiday flats, Lake Constance or a nice togetherness. In addition to honest compliments, I'm happy about suggestions for improvement and ideas. Finally, I want you to feel completely comfortable during your stay in my flat

The generous 3-room holiday apartment with 78 m² is located on the ground floor of a large single-family house with lake and alpine views, only 10 minutes walking distance to the promenade or the historic old town. It offers space for up to 4 people.

Neighbourhood information

Surrounded by fruit- and wine-growing in the midst of a residential area you have – thanks to the hillside - a perfect view over trees, streets and residential area up to the lake. Meersburg is a wonderful city for holiday and museums and is located idyllically between Überlingen and Friedrichshafen near the federal road B31 directly at the Lake Constance. In only a few minutes on foot you reach the promenade and the thermal bath. Historic cities like Überlingen, Ravensburg or Constance as well as popular leisure activities for the whole family – e.g. SeaLife in Constance, climbing park in Immenstaad, Spieleland in Ravensburg – can be reached quickly by car. In the immediate proximity, the “Meersburger Hofladen" (farm shop) offers regional organic products, delicious homemade cakes and a bicycle and tandem rental service. A supermarket and a bakery are in the surrounding area. Starting from the apartment, opposite the garden there is a bus stop on Stettener Straße. Here you have the possibility to visit the respective sights by bus with your guest card free of charge or to visit the historic old town on foot.
