Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance, the lido on Lake Mirower See and the train station are only a 10-minute walk away (900 m). The non-smoking apartment is approx. 100 m² in size, centrally heated (underfloor heating) and allergy-friendly (excellent indoor climate). Accessible via a shared hallway and extends over 2 floors. On the first floor there is a dining room, the kitchen (dining area, stove, mini oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, high chair), the bathroom (shower tray, WC, hairdryer) and a small hallway. On the upper floor (stairs to the kitchen) is the open living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom with a 1.40 wide double bed (walk-through room!) and another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a parking space, a bicycle storage room, a barbecue, a seating area in the garden and free WiFi. The final cleaning as well as water and electricity consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee or you can bring your own. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.
