This semi-detached house, newly built in 2020, has it all: → luxuriously furnished with designer furniture in 2022. → Garden over 100m² with lounge furniture. → Terrace 15 m² with dining table 6 people with sun in the morning. → Large 100% equipped kitchen, side-by-side refrigerator, induction stove, Nespresso machine. → Dining table for 6 people → 3 modern bedrooms → Smart TV 55" + Netflix + Waipu-TV preset. → 2 exclusive workstations with Ethernet/LAN/cable. → Child friendly: baby high chair, outlet protector. → Living area 95m² Other details: First floor: - The kitchen is equipped with glass, ceramic and wood appliances. Nespresso coffee machine, induction stove, side-by-side refrigerator. In this house plastic is avoided as much as possible. - In the living room there is a large 55" smart TV with Netflix and Waipu-TV (Normal TV program). Perfect for a rainy evening. - We provide free organic products: salt, pepper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, cleaning products. One toilet (without shower) on the first floor. Upper floor: - In each bedroom there is an open closet with clothes rail, 1 drawer, a shelf, a shelf above. The mattress covers, sheets and pillowcases have eco-certification and are hotel level. Bed linen is provided. - A full bathroom with shower and bathtub Outdoor area: - 15sqm terrace with granite tiles. - About 100sqm large garden. A part of the garden is for the infiltration of rain. There the lawn is a bit lower.

The neighborhood is very quiet. at 300 meters you will find an organic supermarket, several pharmacies, drugstore market DM, drugstore market Rossman, bakery, banks, doctors etc.. 500 meters away you will find more normal supermarkets like Rewe, Aldi, Penny etc. also more doctors and facilities. At 300 meters there is also a tree-lined path where you can jog, for sports enthusiasts. And in the opposite direction, 500 m away, there is a river with a small path for those who like walking, running or cycling. It is very cozy. You can also watch the sunset in Draeger Park, 1 km from the house.
