Die Lage etwas ausserhalb der Flensburger Innenstadt war gut, man brauchte ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen. Das Hausboot war komplett ausgestattet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnte man dazu buchen. Man brauchte ausser Lebensmitteln nichts mitzubringen.
