Interessant eingerichteter, geräumiger Altbau, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit der Möglichkeit ins Grün blickend zu frühstücken (für den kleinen Balkon war es doch noch zu kalt), die ebenerdige Dusche, der kurze Weg zum Einkauf samt Bäcker, die noch kürzere Entfernung zur Straßenbahn (ja, Verkehr und Straßenbahn sind im Wohn- und einem Schlafzimmer zu hören), das Schlafzimmer zum ruhigem Innenhof - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Suche nach einem Autoparkplatz war letztlich immer erfolgreich, wenn auch etwas ungewohnt für uns. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin.
