Very nice room in a cute village along the Mosel. Nice breakfast buffet with good choice of food and plenty to eat, included with room price. Excellent bed. Watercooker in the room with tea and coffe provided for free. Really good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay @ Mikes Mosel Lodge. Location is nice, very friendly staff, its close to a train station, but it did not bother us at all. The balcony is nice + 🙂

The breakfast, as posted on your website, was very good indeed. Konny, in reception (and everywhere else it seems) was quite delightful. Helpful, full of information and constantly cheerful. We came in difficult circumstances as our car had broken down very seriously in Sabershausen, but our feathers were rapidly "unruffled" by the cheerful and combined ministrations of Mike and Konny. The place radiated an air of efficient informality and we would definitely stay there again if we are in the Upper Mosel again. Given our car situation, the proximity of the Karden railway Station (350 m.) was a bonus.

The hotel is very close to Cochem, by car it takes 10 minutes. The hotel and its area are very quiet and chill. Our room was quite big and clean. There was no AC in the room but we did not need it. Due to very clean air, you sleep very well, especially when you keep the window open :) The bathroom was old, actually kind of vintage but it was not a problem for me because it was super clean. It is more important for me. The open buffet breakfast was very good and enough, the bacon was very tasty! Also the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and nice (although it was a bit outdated). We had everything needed. we thought that it will be very noisy because of the trains but it was no so bad and we slept very well. There were no trains during the night. We really liked the breakfast 😊. The price was very reasonable, as well. We will come back if in the region.
