Separate toilet/powder room off main living area functions as a sort of ensuite (no shower) without having to disturb anyone sleeping in the additional bed in the kitchenette, although to shower, you need to walk through to access the bathroom/laundry. Combined laundry and bathroom are accessible from common landing by other occupants, and laundry facilities are shared.
