coha concept rents out over 30 apartments in Leipzig and other apartments in Chemnitz and Magdeburg. The company was founded in 2019 and has been constantly expanding its portfolio since then. All of our accommodations have self-check-in, which makes it very easy for our guests to check into each accommodation. There is no need to make appointments for personal key handovers. Our team can be reached at any time by phone or WhatsApp to clarify concerns, questions or problems. Two days before check-in, we send our guests a link to the personal and digital guest directory, which answers all questions about the accommodation.

Property information

Our spacious townhouse impresses not only with its fantastic location in Gohlis-Süd, not far from the zoo and the center, but also with its stylish furnishings with a fireplace in the living room. There is space for up to 6 people - 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed and the sofa in front of the fireplace can be converted into a sofa bed. In addition to the terrace, garden and pond, there is also enough parking space on the property so that you can park directly at the property, free of charge.

Neighbourhood information

Gohlis-Süd is a very special piece of Leipzig. When you walk along the old cobblestones of Menckestraße, pass the Schillerhaus and see the Gohliser Schlösschen a few hundred meters further away, you feel like you have been transported to a completely different time. Then you stroll through the old Gohlis of the 18th century and could almost imagine sitting with Schiller in the shade of his house and sipping a "Scheelchen Heeßen" together. Gohlis-Süd is located in the northern part of the city of Leipzig, connected on the western side to the city center and its central districts through the park landscape of the Rosental with its zoological garden. Tram number 4 runs to and through Gohlis, crossing the Parthe, which borders the small district to the south; Tram lines 10 and 11 also run on Georg-Schumann-Straße. Shopping centers for stocking up on daily needs - the Gohlis Arkaden, for example - are nearby.
