Comfortable, clean,very easy access to transport services, excellent communication, super easy check-in and check-out, necessary appliances and washing machine and tumble dryer service. I definitely recommend it. A supermarket is just round the corner.

I arrived on Saturday when there was no staff at reception, but the check-in process was simple via a code and key collection. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a full kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher and everything I needed to cook a light meal. There is a wash room which is available to use 24 hours a day, with washing machines and dryers at a small extra cost, washing powder also. Room cleaning is once a week, when bedlinen is changed and the room thoroughly cleaned. In between, staff was available to advise on getting rid of rubbish etc. There is a supermarket very close by and the hotel is next to an S-Bahn station, giving easy access to many tourist attractions. I would advise downloading the Berlin Navigation App. There is a swimming complex next to the S-Bahn station. As a solo traveller, I found it to be good value for money, for a couple it would cost the same amount which is exceptionally good value.

Excellent public transport available - both train and tram right outside the apartment building. Facilities were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Convenient pharmacy and grocery shop 2 minute walk away. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Berlin!

Really enjoyed our stay at SMARTments it’s very close to the train and other transport links. We walked into the center and the transport is easy if you prefer. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. It was also cleaned and beds and towels changed midweek and the cleaner was very pleasant. Wi-Fi excellent.

The apartment had everything I needed. Table, spacious bed, kettle in the kitchen as well as fridge. I like that it was very quiet in the evening so my sleep was not disturbed. Bed is bit squeeky but cosy. The stuff was very helpful and very friendly.
