The apartment (70sqm) is in the popular Zoo area of Dusseldorf directly across the Zoo park located. It can accomodate up to 4 guests in a king size bed (180cm) and a huge sleeping sofa. The apartment offers a 55" TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table + dedicated workspace. The apartment is fully new furnished in mid of 2023 and is easy accessable through an elevator. It is perfectly located to visit the city or fair and suitable for long and short term stays. Die Wohnung (70qm) liegt im beliebten Düsseldorfer Zooviertel direkt gegenüber dem Zoopark. Es kann bis zu 4 Gäste in einem Kingsizebett (180cm) und einem großen Schlafsofa unterbringen. Die Wohnung bietet einen 55" Fernseher mit Netflix, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Esstisch + Arbeitsbereich. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu in Mitte 2023 eingerichtet und ist leicht zugänglich durch einen Aufzug. Sie ist perfekt gelegen, um die Stadt oder die Messe zu besuchen und geeignet für lang- wie kurzfristige Aufenthalte.
