Here you are in a quiet but central location. The apartment is on the top floor of a 5-storey historical building. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. The interior design and equipment is modern and stylish. The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 4 people, with a double bed 1.40x2.00 meters and a large sofa 1.25x2.10 meters. It is a 2-minute walk to the central market square with many restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. It is 3 minutes to the next train station and the tram is just around the corner. In 3 minutes you are in a beautiful park for walking, jogging or inline skating. The WiFi is very strong and reliable. Perfect for remote work. The private apartment is not suitable for companies, guest workers or temporary workers. Only für non-smokers.
I travel a lot myself and like to use private holiday apartments because it makes you feel at home, unlike in a hotel.
The neighbors are really quiet and friendly old people. Everything is within walking distance. There are many public parking lots in this street. Sundays and public holidays free of charge, otherwise two euros per hour.
