It is equipped with a living area (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV), an open kitchenette (dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is a central outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities on the 820 square meter property. There is also storage space for bicycles and a parking space.
