Die ca. 85 qm moderne Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen: ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Wandschrank; das andere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Einzelbett und großem Wandschrank; das Badzimmer mit bodenebener Dusche; ein großer offener raum (wohnen, kochen, essen) mit einer hochwertigen Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat und Bora-Induktionskochfeld. Die Ferienwohnung wurde zwischen 2019 und 2020 erbaut und ist der erste von vier Bauabschnitten der Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten Lippenhofs. Die Wohnung will sich warm und gemütlich, einerseits durch die harmonische Verknüpfung von alt und neu, anderseits durch die natürlichen Baumaterialeien der Auswahl von Holz aus dem Schwarzwald und Naturstein. Alle Zimmer sind Nichtraucherzimmer und verfügen über kostenfreies WLAN. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Der Lippenhof liegt idyllisch, in einer schönen Tallandschaft in Herz der Schwarzwald. Zwischen Wiesen und Weiden, am Waldrand, lädt unsere Ferienwohnung zur Entspannung und Flucht aus dem Alltag ein. Von der sonnigen und alleinlagigen Terrasse, mit Zugang zum Garten und Grillplatz, können Sie den Ausblick in die Natur in aller Ruhe genießen. Menschen die aktiv die Natur genießen möchten und die Freuden am landwirtschaftlichen Leben entdecken möchten und schätzen, kann unserer Bauernhof nur begeistern. Der Hof liegt über 900 Meter Höhe und geht in die Felder über mit schönen Wanderwegen. Nur 9 km entfernt von Villingen-Schwenningen, 19 km von Titisee-Neustadt und 10 km von Triberg, gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Mountainbike fahren, Klettern, Wellness in den Thermalbädern der Umgebung, Schwimmen im See, Baden im Wald und Früchte pflücken. Im Winter können Sie in Unterkirnach mit Schneeschuhen wandern, Ski fahren, Langlauf fahren und Schlitten fahren.
