The hosts Jana and Patrick are so thoughtful. The apartment was perfectly designed - with the latest technology and hyggely comfort. The apartment is a beautiful 6 minute walk from the Zoo tram stop. I highly recommend!

Stay in this cozy loft and live like a local in Rostock. We are just a few minutes walk from restaurants and parks. A two-minute connection to the city highway guarantees a quick trip to Warnemünde beach (about 15min). During your stay, you can enjoy a private bathroom, kitchen, living room and a large terrace overlooking the garden and forest. Heating, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace - we have everything you need. The space The space is open-plan. A huge sliding door welcomes you to be enjoy the outside south facing (super sunny) balcony. Other things to note: Our loft has a queen size bed, the custom mattress is firm (level H4). -- We have 3 active recording cameras monitoring the Outside door, front door, driveway and stairwell, as well as 3 active recording cameras controlling access to the house and apartment and recording video and audio. Devices are placed inside & outside the property. --
Rostock, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany The Garden City (Gartenstadt) is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The balcony view confirms this. The Barnstofer Forest is a beautiful area that is great for strolling through any time of the year (2 min walk). There is a Tram that goes from the forest to the city centre (7min walk). The Rostocker Zoo (7min walk) is one of Europe's best zoos and absolutely worth a visit. The new Polar bear areas are world-class. The apartment is across the Ostseestadion (9 min walk), on Event days, it can be loud and lively. Parking is difficult on those days (jus call us if you dont find parking). Getting around Excellent connection to and from the City Highway 103 (2min drive). Warnemünde Beach - 15min Drive. Tram connection at the Zoo Stop - be in the City Centre in 10min. Tennis courts - 5 min walk. Swimming Hall (Neptun) 3 min walk
