In one of the most beautiful Bavarian regions, surrounded by the Chiemgau Alps, lies the luxurious holiday home Zollhaus 65. The traditional property was completely renovated in 2021 and since then welcomes its guests in 3 exclusive flats. Each flat shines with its individual style and immediately conveys a feeling of security and being at home. On the large terrace and balconies you can experience magical sunsets and have a direct view of nature and the mountains. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free or reduced services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, you will receive a 50% discount on the 3-hour ticket at the Vita-Alpina in Ruhpolding.
A 2-minute walk to the cross-country skiing paradise of Reit im Winkl, a 20-minute walk to the town center and a 10-minute drive to the Steinplatte ski paradise - and yet you can still enjoy your privacy thanks to the special, prominent location of this property. A comfortable, heated ski cellar is available for your sports equipment. Would you prefer to take the bus to the ski paradise? Leave your car in the on-site garage and walk to the bus stop - right outside the front door! Also in summer there are numerous leisure activities. You can explore the region on the well-developed bike paths. Challenging mountain bike tours into the mountains are possible from about May. After a hiking or mountain tour on the many routes, cozy alpine pastures invite you to a snack and Kaiserschmarrn.
