The apartment has a parking place opposite. Four steps lead you into the house, you will find the barrier-free appartment in the raised ground floor. Further important information: Smoking is not allowed nor in the flat neither in the back yard. The key of the flat sticks in it´s door lock.

The flat is located in the historical city of Speyer, 200m from the Cathedral (UNESCO world heritage). Nearby is the Historical Museum, midage jewish bath (Mikwe), Sea Life, Technique Museum. Everything can be reached easily in a short walk. Some good restaurants are in a radius of 100m.
