The nature around Middelfart is incredibly beautiful. Here you can walk from the harbor front to a large wooded area bordering the Little Belt. Odense is a pleasant drive from Middelfart, and the many attractions in central Jutland are not far away either, e.g. Legoland, Givskud Lion Park or Randers Regnskov.
