Company information

We are a Danish and Scottish family. We have traveled a lot and worked as teachers in SE Asia and the Middle East. We aim to provide good family holidays with decent family friendly accommodation and advice on the local neighborhood and attractions. All are properties are central and we can usually be on site to any of them in 15mins. We try to always greet our guests and ensure they are settled in. Aside from this, we respect your privacy. We are usually available within 15 minutes to deal with any problems.

Property information

In this quiet and cosy accommodation, you will have your own entrance, bathroom bedroom, second bedroom which has a sofabed to fit two children or one adult. Stay in the heart of Billund and close to all the important activities (600 m to Lego House, 1.8 km to Legoland, 500 m to Billund town centre). There are no cooking facilities but there are plates and cutlery for making a sandwich, a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities (we are just 300 m from a great bakery/coffeehouse). My husband and I live in the main house and are available should you have any queries. A "stayinbillund" property. A TV is present but you need to supply your own laptop and streaming service (HDMI cable present). The lead guest (person booking) must be present at checkin, a copy of European ID card, or photo passport page is required.

Neighbourhood information

This is a quiet and residential part of the town. At the end of the street is access to Anlægget, which is a stunning little park that has a brand-new playground as well as seating areas and a covered over fire pit. You can walk to the sculpture park. The property is on the corner of a quiet road and a main route into the centre of Billund. There is pedestrian access on the road as well as cycling lanes in most parts of the town. Billund (and its roads) are very safe and young children walk and cycle, go to the shop/school alone. We are 400m from a stop of the seasonable shuttlebus and 400m to the central bus station. The airport is around 3.5km if you like the walk. A Flixbus goes from the airport to Copenhagen in as little as 3 hours, Vejle is a 40 minute bus ride. Most our visitors do not have a car! Billund Legoland, Lalandia, Wow Park, Billund Airport, Jelling, Legohouse, Lego campus, Jelling, Fjordenhus, Koldinghus, Giveskud zoo, Binderballe, Albuen Strand.
