Das Quartier hatte eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Ostsee von der Terrasse aus. Es war sehr komfortabel ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Es wind zwei etwa gleich große Zimmer mit Doppelbetten vorhanden,was für unseren Urlaub zu viert perfekt war. 300 m "um die Ecke" befand sich ein Lebensmittelladen wo man sich mit allem bestens versorgen konnte. Über Staßen oder Wege konnte man rasch hinunter zum Hafen in Gudhjem gelangen.
