Property information

Well-located cottage located only approx. 500 meters from the Limfjord with child-friendly beach. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with staircase to the 1st floor. There is a large living room with good light from the large windows to the garden. & # 160; Cozy corner for the whole family with closed fireplace and good dining area. & # 160; The living room is modernly furnished, has free internet and TV with German channels as well as the free Danish channels. In addition, there is Chromecast, so you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. Modern and open kitchen into the living room with granite countertop, American fridge / freezer with freezing capacity of 80 liters, ceramic hobs, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, dishwasher and microwave. There is a high chair for the little ones. The ground floor also offers a bright bathroom with newer toilet and bathing environment as well as a shower. In addition, there is a washer and dryer. Last but not least two good rooms with double beds. On the 1st floor there is a large activity room with many hours of entertainment for the whole family with billiards / pool, table tennis, table football and electronic darts. There is also a double bed / sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast and comfortable furniture. There is also access to the swallow passage. Last but not least, there is a large double bedroom and a double bed. The cottage is located on a huge plot of 2600 m2, which is surrounded by trees and shrubs, where there is ample opportunity to be yourself and enjoy the holiday in peace and quiet. Outdoors there are also activities for the whole family including football goals, swings, sandpit and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance) There are several open / covered terraces with good garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. Not for rent to youth groups.
