Local design heroes of Studio 0405 gave these fresh apartments the über-cool and Scandinavian modern look and feel. The property is perfectly nestled along the cozy bicycle path towards the beach. With great natural lighting and a beachy yet still urban vibe we are so much into these recently furnished apartments opened September 2023.

The apartments are situated right by the healthy cafe Wullf & Konstali, the most popular stop, along the walk and cycle trail to the highly acclaimed and awesome beach area of Copenhagen called Amager Strandpark.Strolling the residential area you instantly feel the city planners idea of mixing urban and relaxed. With great restaurants and popular cafe concepts popping up around each corner the neighbourhood is finally starting to feel finished. Metrostop Øresund five minutes away makes this a perfect location for visitors, with only three stops to the city center and the airport, in each direction. Founder Jacob and his family calls this area home sweet home. This could easily turn into your favourite area of Copenhagen as it has for many locals and visitors.
