Property information

Well-appointed holiday cottage that offers everything the heart desires of activities. The house is located on a large natural plot approx. 500 metres from the ocean. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned and built around 2 separate sections. Each section has a bathroom and there is a second bathroom in the pool area. A total of 3 bathrooms, each with shower and heated floors. All 7 bedrooms and the mezzanine have box springs. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with stereo with CD player, flat-screen TV, high chair for the youngest, lounge area and wood-burning stove. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide and swim coach, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day it is nice to slip down into the large whirlpool or the sauna. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you come into activity room where you can play a game of darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in tennis or football games. Even stereo, PlayStation3 and flat screen TV are installed in the activity room. Outside there is also a sandpit and swings for the children. Large, open sun deck and covered patio - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
