The 70 m2 loft set on two levels in a recently renovated historic building in a peaceful residential street, short walk from the Old Town, Telliskivi and Noblessner. Private patio, windows facing the courtyard, parking. With 2 bedrooms the apartment is ideal for couples and friends sharing and it is also great for families. Premium quality beds, feather duvets and pillows and sateen bed linen assure a goodnight sleep. The apartment conveniently accommodates 4 guests. There is a double sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room, that can be used for 2 extra guests, the maximum sleeping capacity is 6 people. There is a continental king size bed (180 x 200 cm) in the master bedroom and a regular double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the other bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom can be arranged in twin layout. A baby bed is available if needed. The loft is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen supplied with a good selection of tools is suitable for a wide variety of meal preparation. Complimentary unique light Estonian breakfast is provided by the owner. The loft is air conditioned. There is free Wifi access throughout the property. Washing machine and ironing equipment can be found from the storage room. Baby feeding chair, pot and bath are available on request. Supermarket, several good cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance and there’s a bakery just down the street. Client has an access to enclosed private green yard with rest areas, sun loungers and playground.

The quiet former fishermen’s district of Kalamaja located northeast between the scenic coast and Tallinn Old Town is today one of Tallinn’s last remaining areas with a hodgepodge of old wooden houses and old-fashioned industrial complexes. The neighborhood has recently seen a trendy revival, similar to what happened in the Soho districts of New York and London, even though on a smaller scale. Kalamaja has developed a bohemian atmosphere and become a popular residential area and meeting place for hipsters, trendsetters and artists. The former candy factory complex (Klaussoni Kommivabrik) features a combination of distinctive old and new architecture. In just a ten-minute walk, you can reach the old town, many good restaurants or shopping centers in the heart of the city. It is green, convenient and safe neighborhood. Tallinn is pretty compact so as long as you are staying somewhere nearby, exploring the town on foot is the best option for you. Using some kind of transport is a good idea late in the evening or in case you want to see sights or areas that are outside the city center. Tram is my suggestion if you want to use public transport. The nearest stop is LINNAHALL (lines 1 and 2). Operating hours 06:00-23:00.
