Recently stayed at PICKALBATROS SEA WORLD for my vacation and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is a bit away from Cairo " preferably to get a flight if you are travelling locally" .Our room was really good and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating " I would mention names around restaurant area Mohamed Kassem & Hesham Hamdy " , and the facilities, including the pool and restaurant, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Most of the people have a great service attitude, with a very big smile, willing to help and give the best experience to guests. Everyone from reception, managers, Yousouf -the room keeper- and with a very few exceptions from the servers had an amazing helpful and service attitude. We got a great room with a semi-private pool just in front. The cooking chef was always around with an amazing attitude, making sure that the food was readily available and always a smile and helping guests. Our preferred restaurant was Culina, that offers seafood. We would have appreciated to have more options of local food. Instead, it was very international (which might be the preference of 99% of guests, predominantly Czech and German). We loved the Egyptian culture and the few trips/activities we did (snorkeling, sunset view with the quads, and facials in the spa). Thanks to the whole team for this amazing week with our kids (9 and 7) and our friends, also a family with young children.
