We were travelling as a family with 2 kids. Mohamed from the restaurant helped us during the full stay and made us feel very welcome.. All employees were very kind, especially to the kids. All was close by, room, sea, restaurant. Nice food too. Although still under construction the waterpark was nice. also the evening entertainment was nice for sure for the kids

The reception at the Amarina Janna Hotel was more than wonderful, starting with Mr. Hassan Attia, the hotel manager, who has a beautiful and cheerful personality, and the distinguished Mr. Walid Abu Al-Hajjaj, the front office manager. And the wonderful Mr. Sherif, Assistant Front Office Manager, as well as Mr. Abdo and Mr. Kyrollos who were present. I will never forget Mr. Mahmoud Hussein at the beach bar, they all provide service. More than wonderful and a bright image of hospitality as it should be 🙏💯 The service and accommodation were at their best from the beginning of my entry until my departure, a wonderful experience that deserves to be repeated

Wszystko na plus :) to nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, i jesteśmy naprawdę mile zaskoczeni :) jedzonko poprawiło się - jest rewelacyjne i duży wybór - napewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie :) pokoje czyste, przestronne. Ciekawe animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. W zupełności wystarczający Aquapark dla starszych i dużych oraz dostosowany do wieku dla mniejszych pociech :) obsługa chętna do pomocy, uczynna, nienachalna. Recepcjonosci bardzo mili, szybko ogarniają biurokrację:) Menadżerowie hotelu - cudowni, życzliwi i kontaktowi :) Czujemy się tam jak w domu. Polecamy zarówno dorosłym jak i rodzinom z dziećmi:)))

La struttura è ampia con spazi gradevoli e diverse piscine di cui una riscaldata. Il mare è spesso mosso ma nella parte iniziale è sempre possibile fare il bagno. Le camere sono molto ampie e ben strutturate. Il personale nello specifico quello della reception è ottimo (beshoy Top) Magari da migliorare qualcosa sugli chef in sala. Le bevande non sono di altissima qualità e spesso poco refrigerate. Sicuramente una struttura agli inizi ma con ampi margini di miglioramento. Il cibo buono ma va integrata varietà e qualità. Manca anche qualche spuntino durante il giorno. Lodevole comunque l’attenzione al cliente e personale sorridente e disponibile. Torneró sicuramente.

Tutto, stanza enorme con raffinatezza di particolari, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale, staff gentilissimo, forse troppo, animazione non invadente, servizio spiaggia impeccabile, diverse piscine, volendo Aqua park, sala attrezzi, banco escursioni, cibo buono, con ampia varietà di scelta.

Bardzo miła obsługa! Od recepcji po ogrodników i wszystkich dbających o czystość tego miejca. Jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem. Pozdrawiamy wszystkich serdecznie:) Hotel nie za duży ale z licznymi atrakcjami. Ciekawe animacje zarówno w ciągu dnia jak i wieczorami. Urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu, bardzo przytulny i przyjazny. Każdy znajdziesz coś dla siebie :) Orientalne a'la Carte - pyszne lokalne jedzenie, wspaniała atmosfera, przyjemny wystrój, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie:) polecamy ♥️
