We felt incredibly welcomed here, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere of the hotel is really warm. The food we ate at the hotel was delicious and everything in the building was really clean. We always received help with the transportation when we wanted to go to places further away.

I had a great stay at the Reef House! The owner was super friendly, he even showed me around the city and the best beaches. He totally understands a travelers mentality and could advise activities for every budget. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a much more familiar atmosphere than I would have expected from a big hotel. The room was very comfortable and there was a nice breakfast included. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center. There are beautiful beaches with coral reefs 10-12km to the south and nord of the city where you can go on your own. Perfect for independent travelers.

Very good value budget B&B hotel. Very clean with very helpful staff. Only a short walk from restaurants in town or 50 LE taxi ride. Close to sea.

The staff were very nice. There was a misunderstoond when we arrived but they managed to adapt to us. They prepared the breakfast even when we had to wake up very very early. The apartment was big, and very comfortable. It is not neither in the town nor on the beaches where you can have swim, but it's in the middle, so there is no big distances in car and you can even go by walk to the town. If we go back to Marsa Alam we would stay at Reef House again

We were here for the first time, but we didn't regret it. The apparent is clean, the room is big enough, the owner and staff are amazing, helpful, and friendly. They welcomed us very warmly. Close to Marsa Alam Town if you want to enjoy the local atmosphere 😉

The room was spacious and comfortable, great to have Aircon and fridge for this price. The hotel is very new so everything is in almost new condition. The driver, Mahmoud, from the hotel is very safe and very nice. In fact all of the staff are lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. It's just a couple of euros for a taxi to Marsa Alam centre where you can have a great meal for two people for the same as you pay for a cappuccino in the resort hotels.

The best decision we made was booking in Reef House in Marsa Alam. Every day we had different kind of breakfast, the collaborators were great! All of them in their role, Taha, Dahi, Yahia, Mahmoud and Mustafa were very kind and helpful with us during our stay. Awesome place owned by Amr, who also became a friend. Also Zizo who was our diving teacher made the experience hard to beat! Everything is high quality when you make things with love! thank you and we wish all the best! hope we can return soon!
