This by far exceeded our expectation. The environment is a very family friendly. Many activities were available for kids including baby sitting and mini disco and kids kubls. All inclusive was very convenient as we traveled by plane. Transportation and arrangement for snorkeling and glass boats were very easy to book. I also need to mention Masouda and her great understanding of the needs of one of my grandchildren who has autism. I definitely recommend d this for families.

A very relaxing hotel where you can find all what you are looking for in one place. Very delicious food ( and believe me i have tried soooo many hotels in Egypt, they are one of the best ). A well trained and polite staff who always meet with a smile and also a very nice animation team with daily activities I really enjoyed my vacation and i would definitely come back! Shout out to Mosada from Front desk , Sayed /Ahmed/Nour/Mohamed who always greet me with a smile on my breakfast

Thank you so much to the friendly staff, who made us feel welcome and took care of our daily needs (a special thanks to Radwa for treating us like family and being open and kind, and to Ahmad & Abdo for the fun and exciting photo shoot that we had together). We loved how green the entire property was, the gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. The pools were big and one of them was also heated which was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The waiters (especially Sayed, who was hilarious) and chefs were very patient and friendly, and treated us like royalty. I have food allergies and the chefs made sure to accommodate that.

The resort is clean, the pools and gardens are well kept, it has a hot water pool, a small outdoor amphitheatre for the evening shows, a mini supermarket and few gift shops. The private beach is small but has access to an amazing sandy and crystal water bay. Very safe for children and adults to enjoy swimming. The two buffet restaurants had fresh food every day, catering for all tastes. The room was spacious, clean and well serviced at all times. The staff is polite and attentive. Massaouda, a very caring lady manager was checking every day on the guests, enquiring about wellbeing and needs. The animation team is working tirelessly day and night to entertain the guests of all ages. Thank you to all the personnel for making my stay at your hotel, an enjoyable and memorable time.
