We're fortunate to have travelled a fair bit and stayed at some lovely hotels for both work and pleasure. Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle is a fantastic hotel with all the usual elements which make a great hotel but what really makes this stand out against anywhere else are the staff. After reading the very positive reviews before staying I was a little sceptical but the staff really are amazing, always super warm, friendly, helpful & fun, always remembering the small details about drinks etc. We can't wait to stay again next year and really hope the same team will be working. Thank you to everybody there, we had an amazing week.

Top Hotel, top Service We loved the breakfast (poached eggs, lokal food like delicious humus). Also the reception is on top international level. We stayed 2 enjoyable nights in a lovely swim up suite. Nicely decorated, modern design, easy luxury atmosphere. If something was missing, then a spa with sauna within the hotel facilities. The music at the pool could be more discreet at least in the morning hours. However, a top notch hotel in Hurghada.

The resort is very wonderful. The reception and the staff are very elegant and comfortable for the guest. The rooms are wonderful, the service is very excellent, the swimming pools are wonderful and clean, the beach is clean, the activities are varied, all services are available at the resort. I actually Enjoyed everything in the resort, the hospitality was outstanding by every employee especially from the Mr. Mohammed Fawzy his kind hospitality was great, and the improvement is clearly shown in resort every time I came to it. especially the main restaurant by leading chef Asem, the chief took me and my friends to wonderful tour that enhanced my visit to the restaurant and i enjoyed it very much, is highly recommend anyone visit the main restaurant, ask the chef to give you tour to explain to you the Food dishes and stuff, I'm sure he will be delighted to do it with you a big smile.
