Nice two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Located in the urbanization Brisas de Denia, 1.5 km. from Denia and 150 m. from the beach. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. 2 bathrooms, one with shower in master bedroom and the other don shower in the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, exit to the terrace. Living room, TV + Astra, Wifi, air conditioning hot/ cold throughout the apartment with access to the terrace. Large terrace with small private garden with direct access to the communal area. The urbanization has a swimming pool, paddle court and garden.
