The Apartment is an end terrace and classed as a ground floor unit. There are steps both down to the entrance and a few up to get to the front door. However because of the underground car parking space you can simply use this parking space and get the lift which will open right outside my front door as illustrated in one of the pictures in the gallery section. You will be given a remote for the operation of the radio controlled garage doors. Even with a wheel chair there is plenty of room and the apartment hall ways are big enough for access. There is a security alarm installed for your protection and also security grill on all windows including the front door. The building access is also gated as is the communal pool area, all for your safety and security, giving you complete peace of mind for you and your family or guests alike. A guest book is available for any FAQ and the running of all appliances etc. Covid19 may close the pool if the authorities request us to do so. IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING A LOCK-DOWN: If a lock-down happens during your stay you will have to pay for any extra days you happen to occupie the apartment after your agreed departure booking.

I am an approachable individual that cares deeply about your stay during your holiday. My property is very well maintained and I pride myself on the fact that it is always spotless on your arrival and in the very same condition it was when it was first built. The walls are immaculate in white and the marble floors are elegant yet unforgiving on anything you may drop upon them. I have installed a set of community rules that will protect you from noise or party in the early hours which all people should follow including your neighbours. If anyone fails to respect these rules then do not be afraid to give them a knock and politely point out the community rules which are in the hall ways as well as in each individual apartment.

It’s a very calm, tranquil and laid back community and very quiet even in the day time. Mostly at night the only noise you hear constantly is the sound of crickets and the occasional wild bird which in itself is so very peaceful and relaxing. There is a commercial centre just 2 minutes away by car called the "La Fuente" If you fancy a stroll there by foot it will take you 15 minutes. There are may bars, restaurants and shops and a supermarket close by. If you drive towards the "Caboi Roig" strip you will pass a larger supermarket called "ALDI"this is anther strip of bars and restraints. Its only 8 minutes in the car and once you are there you will have two side of the road to explore with all the restaurants and bars, shops cafe etc that you would expect to see including the street market people who will tempt you will many a souvenir. Most of the restaurants are open till 12.00pm and you will not believe the amount of 3 course meals you can enjoy for just 10.00eu per person. The best beach in my opinion is La Zenia Beach, please be aware that there can be days when the rip-tide is very strong. Take notes of the coloured flags and never go out too far and watch the kids!
