Ses Sirenes (Pins-Tugores) is a newly refurbished apartment in June 2015 located on the first line of the Marina of Puerto de Alcúdia and 50 meters from the kilometer-long beach of fine sand and crystal clear turquoise water of Majorca. In the best location of Alcúdia, this apartment strategically located on the beach and in the middle of the promenade between boats is close to the best restaurants and shops. The interior design of this dream holiday home stands out for its elegant, modern and functional furniture and large format photographs of iconic Alcudia landscapes on the walls. The space of the apartment is distributed in a spacious and comfortable living room with a brand new designer kitchen equipped with all the functionalities with exit to a large terrace with corner chill out with incredible views to the Marina and the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. The property also has two bright and spacious rooms: one double with en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and one twin with twin beds. It also has a family bathroom with bathtub. Ses Sirenes (Pins-Tugores) is the ideal apartment any time of year. It is perfect for those families and couples who want enjoy the beach.

Neighbourhood information

Port d'Alcudia is a small fishing port, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life on the beach. The promenade has won several architectural and town planning competitions and is the perfect setting for walking with its fragrant scent and the pleasant breeze, between "llaüts", traditional fishing boats, and the modern marina of Alcudiamar. On the other hand, there you will also find the best fish restaurants, ice cream shops and clothing stores. And in front of the beach, miles of fine sand that draws the bay of Alcúdia with its crystalline waters turquoise. It is the most popular beach, which has all kinds of services: bars, boat rentals and sailing courses and a water park. But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not the only one. In the immediate vicinity you will find almost twenty: sand, pebbles, rocky, accessible only by sea. Among the intimate beaches is Alcanada, or the S'Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true wonder of nature only accessible by boat or after a pleasant excursion among pines and rocks.
