Alex Sun is a luxurious and modern apartment right on the beach and nature reserve of La Mata. Unique is the view from the kitchen, from the living room and especially from the terrace both to the sea and the beach as well as the since 1994 protected nature reserve. The orientation of the apartment to the nature reserve and the beach ensures a peaceful rest, which is accompanied by the sound of the sea. The beach is only a few meters (one to two minutes). To the beach with promenade and cozy restaurants it goes in the other direction about 3 - 5 minutes. The apartment itself is equipped with two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, two flat screens, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The apartment house has an outdoor pool, children's pool and sunbathing area with sea views. Similarly, the large roof terrace with barbecue for all residents usable. The roof terrace is accessible by lift. Also there are available shower, sink and toilet.
Whenever time permits, we enjoy the benefits of the Arpartmenhts and enjoy the surroundings. Refreshment and recharge your batteries for everyday life is there program. We live and work with our family (mom, dad, son and grandmother) near Cologne. First, the desire was to find a second sunny home in southern Spain. We found it in La Mata. Our enthusiasm for the apartment, the beach, the people and the area quickly led us to share this with other connoisseurs
From the apartment to see and breathe left of the house the nature reserve and the eternally long sandy beach. Right of the house in a few minutes closes to another beach with many nice bars and restaurants. It is 8 minutes to the central square. This place invites to stroll and offers many opportunities for pastimes, especially for children. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment every Wednesday takes place one of the largest weekly markets in the region. The airport in Alicante is about 30 km away and a transfer takes about 30 minutes
