Villa Alexia, previously named Alexia apartments, is now a family business of " self catering apartments" and for us, “our own white canvas” to care for and improve. 2016 was our first full season. We have taken this challenge with commitment and enthusiasm. We are starting the process of gradually decorating, refreshing, and updating this unpretentious, simple, modern and comfortable property We aim to turn Villa Alexia into an charming, inviting place to offer our guests a pleasurable and memorable experience. You will find me at Villa Alexia Mondays , Wednesdays and Fridays between 11 am and 2 pm. I work through WhatsApp and make sure I have your Cell number so as to be in touch during your visit should you need anything.

Property information

Villa Alexia is one of the most popular properties comprising of only ten self catering apartments spread over 3 floors. All of the apartments are bright, comfortable and nicely furnished. The three apartments on the ground floor have brand new kitchens with top quality appliances and granite counter tops and movable islands. They are open plan, centrally air conditioned and have their own kitchen or kitchenette, a dining area, a bedroom or two with single beds and a wardrobe. The living areas have a sofa bed that pulls out into two single beds, a flat screen satellite TV with free UK channels, free Wi-Fi connection. All the apartments have new designers bathrooms with shower hairdryer. All suites have terrace/balconies furnished with table and chairs. Our sunny property stands in a small tranquil private garden with its own good size L-shaped swimming pool with a 80cm depth aside for kids, a roomy sun terrace with plenty of sun beds, a BBQ facility and free parking. The private garden and pool area is for the exclusive use of our guests. Conveniently located just a short three-minute walk from the supermarket and only ten minutes walk from the wide sandy beach and in an area where the beaches are second to none.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Alexia is a small hideaway property situated on Mallorca’s privileged and chick north coast, in the quiet serene residential area of Siller. We are just on the outskirts of the charming old fishing village of Puerto Pollença that wraps itself around a stunning bay, between the 13th century old town of Pollença (at 7.1 km), the stunning Cape Formentor (at 17km) and the busy beaches of Alcudia (at 9.4km). We are also located the foothills of the “Serra de Tramuntana” mountain range, declared as a “World Heritage of Humanity and Culture Site” by UNESCO, and at 8.3km from Cala Sant Vicenç, a tranquil and largely untouched by mass tourism area with its crystal clear seas beaches. Best known for being a place of peace and tranquillity, we are however very close to the town centre, shops and restaurants.. Villa Alexia is ideally suited to all kinds of holidays, from relaxing city escapes to romantic getaways, from family holidays to peaceful wellness breaks. A great place to relax either in private, with friends or family or as an energizer trip to take part in any of the sports on offer in absolutely glorious weather and incomparable scenery.

Pool/Beach towels are available for rent at EUR 10 per towel per stay.

Bed linen per apartment is changed every 7 days. For stays of 10 days to 14 days the bed linen per apartment is changed mid through stay. Extra bed linen have a EUR 10 surcharge.

Towels are changed once mid through week and a light cleaning is included for stays of 7 days and twice for stays of 10 to 14 days. Additional towel change can be done for €12 per person.

Additional cleaning can be requested for an EUR 40 surcharge per service.
