Lovely, clean apartment in a quiet location. The rooftop space was a bonus and a great place to relax in the sunshine and at night. A few local cafés, bars and supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.

The apartment was situated in a quiet. authentic area of the city. There were many reasonably priced cafes, tapas bars and restaurants nearby whilst the main attractions were around half an hour walk away. The city is flat so walking is easy. we also liked the provision of private parking which is in a nearby underground parking garage. Quite tight and difficult access but still a bonus in a city like this. The bathroom was very good with an excellent shower. The communications and information from the host were excellent.

My whole family liked this apartment very much. The apartment is fully equipped - everything you might need for your stay is already there - all sorts of kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, garden chairs, sunbeds, baking sheets, coffee, basic spices, comfy beds. I wish I had come in the season, that allows to spend time on the terrace. The place is clean, everything is working and information is either available onsite or it is quickly provided by the host. I also liked the parking - I wasn't aware how Seville city center looks like, so a parking spot is a life saver if you're coming by car - you can just leave it there and forget it (but be mindful not to come with a big SUV/bus - it will be difficult to move through the parking and you are highly likely to scratch another car/get your car scratched). I highly recommend this place for a family stay.

A hidden gem! High standard throughout. Roof terrace simply stunning, private and relaxing. Bed comfy and cosy. Parking easy and accessible. Within 5 minutes plenty of amazing bars and restaurants. We regret not staying longer. Made our last night in seville comfy and relaxing for trip to airport early.

Appartamento ampio, moderno e confortevole, su più piani. È in un cortile interno ed è molto silenzioso. Dettagli curati. Come posizione è già nel centro storico, in un bel quartiere; in 15 minuti arrivi a piedi alla Seta, mentre per la Cattedrale occorre una mezz’oretta. Fondamentale per noi il garage, essendo in auto. Non abbiamo usato la piscina, essendo inverno; effettivamente è piccola, più una vasca, ma in estate può essere un toccasana, e comunque il terrazzo sul tetto è molto bello.
