The apartment is located in a residential building with gardens and swimming pool, and is equipped for a comfortable stay of up to 7 people. It has 90 m2 distributed in: -Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. -Two full bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). - Private terrace -Kitchen fully equiped. - Living room It also has a private parking space in the building itself. The residential has communal gardens with two swimming pools (in operation during the summer season). As for the equipment, the apartment has Wifi of 20 Mb, centralized air conditioning throughout the house, Smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, complete kitchen equipment, ... and comes with bed equipment of season (sheets, quilts, ...), as well as towels and bathroom items.
The apartment is located in the area of Playa de las Salinas, with excellent communications and surrounded by the main commercial and tourist services of the municipality of Roquetas de Mar: - The beach at 350 meters - The Gran Plaza Shopping Center 200 meters away - 3 supermarkets within a radius of 500 meters - Numerous bars and restaurants very close. - The Auditorium Theater 100 meters away - The Water Park at 700 meters - The Aquarium of Roquetas at 500 meters - The Central Market of Roquetas at 800 meters - The exit to take the branch of the highway at 1 km It has excellent communications by Highway with the key points of the province and the South East of Spain: - 10 minutes from the city of Almeria - 30 minutes from Almeria Airport. - 2 hours from Malaga Airport. - Half an hour from the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata - 1 hour and a half from Granada and 2 hours from Sierra Nevada.
