Nice apartment on the first floor with elevator, comfortable, silent and cozy, ideal for couples, in a building with restored Seville courtyard, in the heart of the city, next to the Cathedral and City Hall, area with lots of shops and restaurants. It consists of living room with kitchenette, large bedroom, hallway and bathroom, fully equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
Located in the oldest part of the city, very close on foot to the main monuments, seconds from the Plaza del Salvador and Calle Sierpes y Tetuán (Seville's most famous shopping streets), 3 minutes from the Plaza Nueva and The City Hall and 5 minutes from the Plaza de la Encarnación and the Cathedral. The apartment is located in a very quiet building on a pedestrian street, in a lively neighborhood with many offers on terraces and places for tapas and lunch or just to enjoy the views of the city.
