Property information

Nice apartment located in front of the sea, with beautiful views of the bay. The apartment, modern and bright, has two bedrooms and capacity for five people, since we also have an extra bed, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), a beautiful living room that connects to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. . It is located in an ideal area, since in addition to being just a few meters from the beach, in the area you will find a wide variety of maritime activities, the extensive promenade, and various supermarkets, bars, restaurants and small shops and even, a few minutes, a large shopping center. Also, by car, it is very close to Palma. You will also find bus stops. IMPORTANT. For reservations from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay 30% of the total reservation in advance. -Tourist tax not included -GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD WHO WISH TO RESERVE MUST DO SO UPON REQUEST -It is not allowed to hold parties -In long-term reservations, electricity will be paid separately
