Fantastic location in a gated complex 1 block away from the most beautiful beach. The apartment is compact, kitchen fully equipt and the bed very comfortable. We were there off season so the pool was closed but we still had use of the gardens which are well maintained and spacious. Great little apartment, fabulous location. Will definately stay here again.

Cozy apartment with a 20 m2 garden and large communal pool. It is a small 1-room apartment with capacity for 6 people in 1 suite room with a full bathroom and a double bed. It also has a double sofa-bed and a built-in bunk bed for 2. In addition, it has a courtesy toilet. Fully FURNISHED and EQUIPPED, includes wifi, cleaning equipment, kitchen, bed, etc. (no pool or beach towels available). From the private garden there is direct access to the quiet and FAMILIAR community area, which has a LARGE POOL, FOOTBALL and BASKET court, PIM-POM table, and magnificent GREEN AREAS. It is a very SAFE community for KIDS, since it can only be accessed with a key or remote. LEAVE THE CAR in the PARKING space (included) and go everywhere on foot. At 300 meters you have supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and the spectacular Sant Pol beach just 3 minutes away on foot. Less than 5 min. by car from Platja dAro and Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
