The person welcoming us was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond and offering suggestions and help us take care of all issues. They've done a remarkable job making us feel comfortable. Thank you! It's a modern apartment. Nice kitchen and rooms that are comfortable. We like that there is an a/c which can be helpful during summer. The street parking can be tricky (you are limited to a couple of hours to park on the street, so be careful and don't leave your car on the street unpaid as it's a busy street and you'll get a ticket), but good thing is that there is a garage right below the apartment where you can leave your car overnight, the price is good, so that's what we used/recommend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

The Apartment Las Burgas D&C has a special attraction that makes it unique, being in an excellent and strategic location. Located next to the Plaza Mayor of Ourense and very close to the Old Town, it is located at the same time in a quiet area and close to the Alameda and the characteristic river promenade of the city. It is located around several well-known restaurants and cafes, as well as supermarkets and the Plaza de Abastos. In addition, this apartment of recent reform, has a decoration and a very complete furniture, really cozy and modern. It is very spacious, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a dining room and a full kitchen. Finally, it stands out for its light and for having large wardrobes for the three bedrooms that provide much comfort and order.
Its location allows you to be a few meters from the center of Ourense, its lively Plaza Mayor, the charming Old Town, the incredible Cathedral, the quiet Alameda and the miraculous springs of thermal waters of the Burgas. On the other hand, if you like hiking and nature, you can also change direction and approach the river promenade of the famous river Miño, whose beginning is next to the apartment. Be able to appreciate the 6 bridges that cross the river, such as the beautiful Roman Bridge or the avant-garde Millennium Bridge. As places to eat, if you don´t want to get away from the apartment, you have the possibility of tasting famous restaurants 100 or 200 m away, renowned and of great variety, for all tastes and preferences: El Coto, Bar Pepinillos Bocadillos (pickle is the main ingredient), Sobre Migas, vegetarian restaurant Shangri-La or the ecological Todobio... Another option is to buy fresh and rich food in the organic store Natural Fruits and Vegetables, DePueblo butcher, pastry and bakery La Farinata Gourmet, or in supermarkets such as Eroski, Aquié or Hiperxel, all on the same street. You can make your own food in our fantastic kitchen.
