Days before your arrival, we will contact you at the phone number you provided in your reservation to arrange the time of your arrival. Depending on availability, upon prior request, and only if the property is available and prepared for your arrival, you may check in before 5:00 pm. This depends on the time our cleaning department needs to prepare the new stay. Please note that if you plan to arrive later than 7:00 pm, you must inform us in advance to deposit your keys in a keybox at our agency so you can pick them up independently. For the payment of the security deposit, you have the option to pay it physically at the agency during our business hours or do it remotely through a secure payment link from BBVA bank. This deposit will be refunded within seven days after your departure, subject to verification of the property.

The apartment located on the beach of Bellreguard is located in a very tourist area with hospitality, typical restoration of the Mediterranean Sea. It is close to the city of Gandía where there is an area of pubs and discos. If you want a quieter area, you have a few kilometers from the town of Oliva. The apartment is minimalist and very modern. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with kitchenette and terrace, air conditioning in living room. A small pool in which we can cool off and a parking space within the urbanization where we can park the car. There is a closed garage to store bicycles. By agreement with a company it is possible to rent bicycles and go on bike tours.
