Entire ground floor apartment for ourselves, fully equipped kitchen and lots of food! Spotlessly clean and neat with a lovely garden and outdoor area for eating and relaxing, and Camino goes past the front door! Juana was delightful! Helpful, kind and generous 😊 5 minutes walk to supermarket but the apartment was full of food! Wine, beer, bread, jam, cheese, cold meats, water, milk etc etc it was all great!

Juana is the most accommodating host. She met us and explained everything. We were worried about the pack we had transported but she helped take delivery. Her apartment was a fantastic oasis after a hot day walking the Camino. She had some food for breakfast and cold drinks in the fridge! Can’t rate her more highly!

Juana greeted us at the door and made us very welcome. She spoke a little bit of English. We used Booking.com all the way from Porto during the Camino. They were all self check in. The flat is so clean and the garden is just perfect for relaxing after walking the Camino. The kitchen is well stocked. Juana even drove us to the bus station in Valença the next morning. What a star!!!

We stayed for one night while on the Camino from Porto. Hands down the best place we stayed in on the whole trail. Directly on the Camino. Impeccably clean, spacious apartment with a beautiful private garden where you can hang out in the evening. Plentiful supplies of food for breakfast in the kitchenz The host takes time to explain all you need to know about Tui and is doing her utmost to make your stay memorable. As a pilgrim, you can wash your laundry and let it dry in the garden. If we knew it was such a nice place we would have taken a break and would have stayed two days.

Juana, the owner who lives upstairs, is very sweet and a real authority on her corner of Galicia as well as northern Portugal. The apartment is very large, extremely well lit, and has everything you will need. Lots of extras are tossed in for free. I have been to 83 countries and stayed at lots of apartments and hotels---this was one of the top tier experiences I have had. The apartment is located short walk from both the historic center of Tui and the bridge that takes you to Portugal. We had a car and originally planned to park it in Juana's garage but, given the near-zero traffic on her street, we just left it on the berm.

Perfect relax in our way to Santiago! We really enjoyed the possibility to grill fish and shrimps in the yard, we wish we could stay more than one day! Also the host was very kind to us and showed us everything :)

Todo fue excepcional, empezando por Juana su anfitriona. Nos desorientamos un poco al llegar y nos fue a buscar en su auto para guiarnos hasta su apartamento. Fue como estar en la propia casa, con alguien de la familia. El aparador y la heladera llenos de cosas ricas para disponer. La cama muy cómoda, lugar para estacionar el auto, lavarropas, un patio encantador. Juana nos hizo excelentes sugerencias para recorrer Tui y Valenca, en Portugal. Tui es encantadora. Muy emocionante ver pasar los peregrinos hacia Santiago, ya que la casa queda en el camino.
